Case Study: Waterfall

This photo needed major editing, the customer wanted the child in the background removed, along with the date stamp.

This was a good photo to work with, as it was high resolution and in focus. The colours were slightly faded and the client wanted a person removed from the background, as it distracted attention away from the primary subjects.

Finished Artwork

This required major editing. The child in the background needed to removed and falling water put in his place. Falling water creates a random pattern and it's very difficult to removed subjects from such an image without leaving the image looking obviously retouched. The client was very happy however, so we feel we did a good job!

We charge an additional fee of £20 for major edting work like this, in addition to the charge for printing the photo on canvas.
