1. We work from your photos, and to create a successful portrait / digital painting the photo must be clear and large enough for the artist to pick out the details. |

2. We like to work from a quick sketch of the subject rather than paint over the photo itself. Although we create our portraits on the computer, we like our work to feel as hand-crafted as possible, and this is the first step in that direction. |

3. Then we begin the painting. Although all of our painting is done on the computer, each stroke is painted by hand using a digital pen or brush. |

4.The basics are now in place, and it's time to add the extra details which will complete the piece.
