Q. What materials do you print on?
A. At the moment, we print on canvas and acrylic, with an option of blockmount to follow shortly.

Q. Can you give me advice on which of my photos are best to use?
A. Of course! If you aren't sure if you'd prefer a montage, pop art, or a photo print, you can send us your images for a free no obligations consultation. We will look at your images and give you advise as to what we think would best serve your photos.

If you do know what you'd like done, but aren't sure your photos are suitable (perhaps they are damaged, or small) we can give you advice on that too.

This is a free service, and you will not be obliged to place any orders or part with any money by taking advantage of it.

Q. What are the prices?
A. The prices depend on several things:

1) The service required.
2) The type of material the image is to be printed on.
3) The complexity of the work.
4) Any out of the ordinary requirements (express shipping, shipping outside of the UK, very tight deadlines etc)

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Once the work is complete, products are sent by courier and will arrive within two working days. The artwork itself can take a variable amount of time, depending on the size and complexity of the piece. Customer proofing of images by email is also a factor in the time it takes to complete the work - we never send anything to print until we hear that the customer is entirely happy.

We like to allow 5 weeks from receipt of the order and all necessary images to delivery. In reality, we often complete the work much faster and in cases with very tight deadlines we can fast track your canvas or acrylic for a small fee.

Q. Is there a delivery charge?
A. No, standard 2 day delivery by courier is free. Delivery will be between office hours, Monday to Friday. If you need next day delivery, or delivery on a Saturday there is a charge, but we've found that weekday delivery is fine in most cases.

Q. Will my photos be returned?
A. If you send photos to us through the post, we will most definitely return them to you in the same condition we received them.

Q. I want to join the mailing list. Is it safe to give you my email address?
A. Absolutely. Will will never give your email address to a third party. Will will not constantly spam you either - you will receive occasional updates from us when we have something worth telling you! We sometimes send out money off coupons too, so you won't regret signing up.

Q. Will you use my photos on your site?
A. We like to show off our work, but only with your permission! You will be given the opportunity to tell us you'd rather we didn't use artwork derived from your photos during the online payment process. All you need to do is click a single box.

Q. I like your artwork, but I'd like something that isn't shown on your site. Can you accommodate this?
A. Yes. We have a team of artists who love a challenge, feel free to make any request you like. If we can do it, we will!

Q. Can't I get cheaper canvas prints elsewhere? What sets you apart?
A. You can indeed, and we aren't going to claim otherwise. We feel that our prices reflect the quality of our work and materials - Our canvas is printed and stretched by the dedicated team in our workshop, and our acrylics are handled by a professional glazer. The materials themselves are of the highest quality - you can see examples of our canvas and acrylics on their respective pages.

Our artwork is digitally produced, but it's never simply a matter of letting a computer do the work!
We employ a team of talented artists who hold bachelors and masters degrees in digital and traditional arts, and every single commission is worked on by hand to ensure the finished image is perfect.
